1. Work Time

The maximum time frame varies according to the complexity of each project. The minimum stipulated for the delivery of a website is 10 business days; likewise, the delivery is not expected to exceed 45 business days.

It is very important that both the domain and its respective hosting are active to be able to start, and above all, that the requested documents are delivered on time so that the process does not lengthen and exceed the estimated time for the work.

In the event that the times are not respected, due to lack of timely delivery of material, late response to emails, or little availability on the part of the client, I will not be responsible for the delay in the finalization and going live of the website.

2. Materials

The graphic, audiovisual, and text material will be provided by the client.

3. Guarantee

I guarantee the repair of any inconvenience in the initial installation.

I will not be responsible if the installation is modified or if changes are made to the plugins and their updates. This will be treated as self-made modifications and their repair will have an extra cost.

4. Payments

For now, the service does contemplate payments in a maximum of 3 (three) installments, with the first being 50% of the total amount. Initiating payment implies a commitment of full payment on the part of the Client.

Each case will have a payment situation previously agreed upon by both parties.

5. Service Cancellation

The service can be canceled by either party. (this applies in case of installment payments)

As a client, you can decide not to continue with the service but you must fulfill the full payment of the package, as that is what you initially committed to.

As a designer, I can cancel the service for non-compliance with what was agreed upon, or any other fault that I consider against my person. In the event that I decide to cancel the project, the first payment will not be returned.

6. Revision Stage

The design service includes up to 3 meetings for revisions. The revision stage is not a stage to test, but to make specific changes.

In case you want to try different things, at the end of the project you can do so on your own, bearing in mind that this completely voids the guarantee.

Once approved, changes cannot be modified again. In case you want to make changes to changes or another new stage of changes, it will be charged as an extra.

Others:

 
• Technical support is not constantly included. If required, it will be budgeted.
 
• I am not responsible for errors and site intermittences due to server failures or crashes.
 
• I only design and configure websites on Hosting that supports Cpanel. If the work is done with me from scratch this is included in the same.

 

Web Maintenance / Webmaster Service

1. Technical Advice

Through technical advice, I actively propose all kinds of improvements on your website to achieve greater profitability and benefits for your company.

2. WordPress Update

Updating the CMS and installed Plugins.

3. Website Optimization

Everything related to loading speed and adaptable design is worked on according to the currently established standards. The behavior of the website is also monitored within the metrics established by Google.

4. Basic / Corporate / Advanced SEO

Correct configuration of headers, titles, and texts. In each level, the work is increased to further improve the performance of the Website within the organic search rankings.

5. Website Content Update

Includes adding and modifying all the content of the website: texts, sections, news, press releases, product sheets, Blog, documents, images, etc. The Corporate plan stipulates a maximum of 5 (five) hours per month for this work and up to 10 (ten) hours per month for the Advanced plan.

6. Monthly Report

At the end of each month, I will give you a report explaining all the actions carried out within the web maintenance service, the results obtained, and the evolution of the strategy in a clear and honest way.

7. Backup Copies

Copies of the website content are made weekly to maintain an up-to-date backup, for any eventuality that may arise.

8. Design and Programming

Propose, develop, and integrate all kinds of improvements on your website, both those you suggest and those that I see that may be useful to propose to you. This work is stipulated at 7 (seven) hours per month in any of the plans that include the service.
